KFC HAS NO HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE, PERIOD

I go to KFC and order chicken no chips, 3 pieces please. I get a bill of R35.70. On the menu you can order a Streetwise 3 piece with chips for R34.90 - It is cheaper to order with chips than without chips. Now I ask whether I can substitute my chips for a salad without paying extra. I get the bill rung up as Streetwise 3 piece with chips and salad. Hallo, I asked for my chips to be substituted with salad, now you want to charge me extra for the salad. I told you I don't want the chips, don't you get it???

Called the manager, said what I wanted and still they want to charge me extra.

Really guys if this is your attitude, I would rather go to Nando's where they actually do give you a choice. Or even Wimpy. Where you can order a breakfast without toast. And not be charged for the toast that you don't want. Many people don't want to support KFC because the chicken contains too much oil and fat. Now I'm not superstitious, I love the chicken, but really if I don;'t want the chips, I mean it. So if you are so autocratic and inflexible with your menu options, really guys you've lost me as a customer. As I said to your managers, ##@@$#$@$!
