Double Charging / Short Delivery

On the 21st January, we went through the KFC drive through. placed our order. then proceeded to pay for the order. We handed our bank card as proof of payment. The transaction registered on our cell phone banking, and the more i tried to explain that the funds had in fact been deducted from my account, the more i get told that there was a problem with my card - guess what, i use this card almost everyday.
I then finally allowed them to process the card again, as i wanted to get home.
When i arrived home, the order that i had originally placed, had not been placed in the bag.
This is actually a very bad representation on the KFC group. I hope this matter gets taken up.
