Paid Goods not Given

This is the second time I am complaining about the same complaint!

On Tuesday, 15th January 2013 at around 18h30, we stopped by the Camperdown KFC on our way from Durban to Pietermaritzburg.

We ordered 1 kiddies meal, 3 Cheese & Pine Rounds and 1 Streetwise 5. On getting home, we wanted to sit down and eat and realised that the Streetwise 5 was not there! I phoned the Camperdown KFC and the lady said I can come and fetch it. What! Travel another 30kms to Camperdown and another 30kms back. Total of 60kms!! I was not impressed so I told her I would be complaining about this. This is bad service! I want the Streetwise 5 or I want my money back because I paid for something that I did not get!

Please could you sort this out!
