Dear Sirs
We regularly purchase food at KFC grassy park and we do wait about 15minutes in the drive thru, which I don't mind.
Yesterday we purchased food and entered the drive thru line at 820pm and we only received our food at 920pm.
This is not acceptable! It was raining so I wasn't able to get out with my kids so that I can go and order from inside the shop.
At no time did anybody come and apologise and explain what the hold up was.
I am very disappointed at the service we received, as I expected more from KFC.
