I went to the above mentioned branch and the calamari we bought was rubbery and burnt. I sent an email the next day and was smsed that my complaint was received, no one has even bothered to call and at least apologise. I called the customer service line on the 28/08/2013 @ 14h00 and spoke to Charmaine. She said it has been lodged with the regional manager. It's a month gone and still no response has been received. It seems whoever is in the management role is totally incompetent. It should be emphasised that customers are the number 1 priority in your line of business and word of mouth can hinder your company's reputation.
