On the 29 th of July I sent a formal emailed complaint regarding the expensive blankets that I bought and on the first wash the red colour on the one side of the blankets ran onto the white side of the blanket making them pink on one side and red in the other. I never gotta a response from that email, a week later I sent another email and received no response, a week after that I sent them another email and got no response. So I called the customer service and was told the branch manager at Cresta was supposed to phone me 3 weeks ago. So the lady at the call centre said she was now " escalating" my complaint up to the regional manager who would contact me within 48 hours... 48 hours turned into a week and I still have not been called back. Sent them a FOURTH email last week and I finally get an email back saying I must take the blankets into the store I bought them from!
Did it SERIOUSLY take boardmans OVER 5 weeks to send me 1 email stating the obvious by taking the blankets back!!! What happened to the regional manager ever contacting me? And what happened to customer rights by just replying the first time they get a complaint!!?
