USELESS, PATHETIC BANK - Spend less on ads

I lodged a complaint on Wed 5 June and received a response via HP with reference number 291914. Thurs received a call from Consultant confirming all info given to me re opening account is correct and accurate and she has double checked with her line manager... so off to the branch we go on Fri... surprise surprise... we can't open an account because the call centre gave us the incorrect information. 1 hour later and still no resolution from the branch who are adamant the call centre is incorrect and call centre line manager is adamant that the branch is incorrect. Friday 7 June approx 3pm - Call centre line manager PROMISED to resolve this by 12pm Monday... surprise surprise... haven't heard another word and it is now 48 hours post the expected time. What a JOKE - FNB you are PATHETIC. Spend less on advertising and more on training, customer service and general attitude. Thank goodness we found this before opening an account with FNB.
