Poor service and false advertising

Monday 9 September 2013 I phoned to make a booking for 15 people for my wife's birthday requesting the upstairs cellar area so that everybody could be able to talk to each over and not having a long table where the ends are excluded from the conversation. I was then informed that our party of 15 is too big to make use of the cellar which I take as false advertising looking at all their ads and reviews where they advertise a wine cellar for private functions which can house 25 people. Everybody then arrived at the Restaurant between 19H00 to 19H30 and started ordering starters at about 20H00. Just before 21H00 the waiter came to our table and informed us that we now have to order our mains as the kitchen staffs taxi has arrived and they have to leave. You can imagine what the quality of the food was as the staff was in a hurry to get there taxi home. I have pre-arranged this booking at a certain time for a party of 15, so there excuse that Mondays are normally slow and therefore they close early does not work. Why did they not inform me when I made the booking? This was the worst R5000.00 that I spend in my life.
