Ruined 8 Year Old's Birthday Party

We had a booking for 15H00 on 23.03.13 for my niece's b-day party. Paid the deposit [URL Removed] Saterday 14h45 we arrived at the Spur and no one had any knowledge of the party! Nothing was prepared, the table for the kids was not set! The 'manager' Caroline did not say anything, rather sent a waiter to tell us that the 'Party table' was still occupied by others. We were then showed to another table, and things got worse, got a waiter who were so slow you wont believe! Everything he did was in slow motion! He brought 3 balloons, a few colouring in pages and not more than 6 crayons for about 10 kids! Ordering was a mission, coffee was cold, I got a wrong order, food was pathetic i must say! food was dumped on the table, Ice cream was melted as he just put it down on the table still filled with the previous orders leftovers, getting them to sing for her was a mission too! Another manager (he received the deposit the day before) came to us and we complained about the service all he did was blame the other manager! No one took responsability for the ruined party!
