FALSE ADVERTISING BE CAREFULL!!!

I bought property from this builder, and was promised the moon and starts. The advert states the 1 Bed 1 Baths go from R515 000. They charged me R685 000. Once I asked question, NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME WITH AN ANSWER!!! I was told that they running a promotion were the builder pays the 10% and you get home appliances worth R10 000. In the email they promise me the appliances for 6 months, NOW THE BUILDER TURNS AROUND AND SAY IT WAS A MISTAKE. So they make me sign all the contracts under false pretends.
I can't explain the attitude that I got from the staff and the manager of the company. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They advertise country live style in the city, but decides not to provide the vegetable garden as advertise.
BUT DOESN'T MAKE ANY ONE AWARE OF IT. I asked about the wine cellar, and was told by the Kent Gush - I quote - "that the wine cellar is done and may be used by every body". Once I got there the door was locked and was half done... They advertised so much stuff that was never delivered, and the worst part is they don't care to steel from you. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH!!! I can go on and on.
