Bad Meal

I went to McDonalds N1 City at 8.30 on the 21 Jan. Got home and discovered the chips were way too salty and the milkshake was like pure syrup/the relish on the burgers was so generous it was oozing all over. That is besides the fact that there where only 3 cars in the queue but yet i had to wait for the milkshake to be brought to me in the car park!!

I called in immediately and spoke to a lady who said Amina would call me the next afternoon which she did. She in turn told me that she could not make a decision because the order was too big and Lynne the store manager would contact me. It is the 25th today and i have still not had feedback. Now it is hardly me fault if this happened to be a R250.00 order that they managed to do everthing wrong

I am furthermore not in a major hurry to go back after such a shoddy meal. When i called in on the 23rd to ask Amina if she had received my e-mail (till slip) she said she had not yet read her e-mail but i sent it on the 22nd already. I mean really!!
