Poor service double charge no competition stickers

Went to McDonalds to order lunch. Pleced an order for a nuggets meal medium and a happy meal nuggets as well as a shake (smurf shake). I got charged for the meals and not the shake on 1 order then they wanted to swipe my card for the shake alone and i asked why are they charging me twice then i got told i placed a seperate order which i never did but the ppl walking on the outisde not even in the order section placed 2 seperate orders. I then stated who is going to pay for my charges on the double swipe and to swipe my card for a R12 milkshake is ridiculous as i would pay so much charges just for a milkshake. The manager with attitude told me that is not his problem i must just pay and the charges is my problem not his???!!! What pathetic service that was and then to top it al i collected my order after paying cash for the milkshake i asked about my sticker for the monopoly then i got told by the collection windows sorry Sir you must get that by the 1st window i then said it was never given to me so may i please have 1 as i am a regular at McDonalds and do actually collect the stickers for the competition as well as the toys so i got told sorry thats not our problem.
