FLY IN MY BABY'S SMURF MILKSHAKE

I bought a McDonalds Smurf promotional banana milkshake. My 3 year old daughter finished up about three quarters of the cup before we could go out to a function. We placed milkshake together with the straw in the fridge and left home. After about 4 hours later, I returned home and decided to finish up the milkshake. Note, the milkshake had been in the fridge. As I drew up the milkshake through the straw, I felt something soft in my mouth, and spat it out immediately. To my horror, I found out that i dragged a fly through the straw into my mouth. I felt sick and nauseous and washed my mouth. I contacted McDonalds customer care, A lady called Lana was very prompt and requested photos which we sent immediately and she said the manager from the branch will call. The ffg day, we did get call from a lady claiming to be the manager of McDonalds Mt edgecombe who was more interested in defending their position and in a funeral she was going to. She said a lady called Christine will CALL, to-date we have not heard from anyone at McDonalds. We e-mailed but with no reply. I guess McDonalds all about PROFITS ahead of CUSTOMER SERVICE & MOST IMPORTANTLY HYGIENE. DISGUSTED!
