Bad attitude against a client

I went on a Saturday night to Mugg & Bean at Kollonade Shopping Centre in Pretoria and arrived at 19:45 and the restaurant is 60% full of people and i have asked for a table for 4 people and next moment the waiter shout at me and telling me the shop is closed??? at 19:45 in the evening? I really think that is really bad service from a Franchise branded restaurant.

In this matter i will really stop supporting them and inform friends and family not to use this restaurant with their bad attitude against supporting clients.
