Rip off

I am a fairly regular customer to this restaurant, and I found the food always quite acceptable. On my visit there on Friday morning, 6 September, me and my friend was served the most horrible, small, cold, dry and with barely any filling on the cheesy omelette we ordered. On a previous visit the omelette was excellent, tasty and the filling was enough. For R60-00 it is a rip-off! We sent the order back twice, complaint with the waiter as well as the manager, and the same omelette came back every time, more dry and cold. We received no apology from anybody and just had to pay up - and this for something barely edible. I think they could have at least tried to respond to our complaint.
