Minimal Portion

We went for breakfast at the Mugg and bean at the Richards bay mall in KZN. My son ordered an omelette with 4 fillings. We where disgusted with the size of the omelette and also the portion of fillings offered especially being used to the size of portions to be expected. The chips with the other two breakfasts was also minimal and food was cold by the time we where served.
We complained and the only solution offered was that they will have a talk to the kitchen in order to prevent this from happening in the future. Pathetic solution I thought.
it was also obvious that most of the breakfasts and food that was served was not up to the standards of other outlets that we have been to in the past.
Please investigate this branch as it will definitely give your Franchise a very bad name especially with your current TV campaign.
