Half the service for double the price

Had breakfast with my family on Saturday 2 Feb at Maxis Alberton, The Ice cold Omelette was so rubbery, i could have thrown it and it would have bounced back, the rock hard toast was so squashed to paper thin status, the 2 squares of R20 ham was widely spread to cover the rubbery omelette. Then Eddison comes around and asks how we doing, so i told him its not what i expected - he called his manager - which i again have explained the situation to... and the cherry on top... to fix this we will get a discount... get the slip he added R9.78 discount... WOW, my whole feedback session, bad food, time wasting experience was worth that to you... now i know why it was my first and last Maxis experience.
