POOR SERVICE!!!

Monday 7th January 2013 I went to the WIMPY in the Fourways Mall with my 2 teenage youngsters, we waited - 15 minutes before being asked for our orders, I asked the waiter if they make Omelettes? He advised me while the Omelettes are not on the MENU they are capable of making them, I asked him if he was certain and he convinced me they are more than capable of making Omelettes, so I ordered a Bacon - Feta - Button Mushroom one, my teens ordered their breakfast and so began the wait, my teens received their breakfast and when they were 90% finished I asked the waiter "where is my Omelette"? he advised it will be ready in 2 min, after another 10 min my teens had finished their breakfast so I called the waiter & advised they had finished but I had not even received mine? he went to the kitchen, came back & asked if I wanted mushroom sauce or button mushrooms in the Omelette? so they still had NOT even started preparing it! I asked for the manager & advised him & all he said was "sorry"! My family and I WILL NEVER set foot in the WIMPY at Fourways Mall again!!! Thank goodness for Mugg n Bean at the centre!!!
