Delays In Food Preparation Lack on Management

Its really amazing that in South Africa, quality control, management and customer service lacks. I visited Fishaways in Sandton city, place a simple order 2 hake an chips and 1 hake burger. Old the order will take 10 to 12 minutes. 35 minutes into the order I still had no food. went to the teller, asked for the food, and was given a refund. Ask to speak to a manager, no manager or supervisor on site during lunch hour. What surprised me even more is that when I called Famous brands to complain there was no interest in ensuring the complain gets handled appropriately. Its about making quick money, its time consumers start getting service. Famous brands its we the customers that make you rich and pay you bills, please honor your committements to deliver a real service!!! i am totally off famous brands.
