Bad Service yet again

The KFC at Kyalami Downs is the worst outlet I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. On numerous occasions they have given me the incorrect order or did not give me what I asked for. Sometimes they only give you half your order. Every time I place an orer I state more than once that I do not want a specific item on my food, but to no avail. Are the staff members just incompetent or are they unable to listen and read? I don't bother going back to complain about the food and poor service anymore because if you do the staff only look at you with big eyes and start blaming each other and if you are lucky you get your order 30min later. A manager really needs to step in and make a plan as outlet is a joke!
