KFC does NOT respond to client issue or complaints

KFC does NOT respond to issues or complaints. I called their "Customer Care" on the 16-July-2013. I received an SMS that someone would contact me shortly regarding my issue but I never heard back. I've since called three times and was promised a call back and resolution but no one called back. I spoke to Given who is a supervisor but still no one call back.

DOES KFC JUST NOT CARE ENOUGH???
