ReceIved food after an hour on Valentine's Day

My girlfriend and I decided to go celebrate Valentine's Day at Phoenix Spur which is situated at the Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria. After waiting in line for a while to get in, we finally got a table and immediately placed our orders to avoid further delays. It was meant to be a very special night for us as it was our first Valentines together and wanted it to be special. Our drinks did arrive early, but our food took over an hour. People who arrived way after us were finished eating by the time our food arrived. My partner and I were so disappointed that when the food arrived we had lost our appetites and did not desire to eat there anymore. We then just packed our food and left. The service there clearly destroyed our evening and I find it unacceptable for the service to be so poor on a night they certainly knew would be packed.
