I am disgusted by the treatment from Cappello

I went to Cappello on Friday evening, after a few drinks my fianc? came to fetch me, I was seated at a table and had my separate bill, the table had 3 bills (including mine) in total. The other couple left without paying and I was then told I'd be liable for the costs even though my bill was paid out in full, regardless of the waiter notifying the manager that I was not responsible. My fianc? and I were dragged to the back while the manger swore at me and made fun of me, when I told him he had no right to treat me in that manner he said that he was the manager and that he could do what ever he wanted. He verbally and physically assaulted me by swearing and pushing me around and at 1 point said he wanted to my fiance up in my place"!!! We were locked up for - 3 hours then I asked them to call the police because what they were doing was illegal. eventually they let us go but I feel I deserve an apology for the ordeal and the manager MUST BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY. My fiance? and I did not mind paying for the bill even though it wasn't ours (waiter is witness to that) but because of the way the matter was handled we no longer were interested in paying for their negligence!!
