For Christmas i received a t-shirt which the tag and price was still attached...
it didnt fit me so i wanted to exchange it but there were no sizes available. when i picked something else i had to wait in a queue where i was the only person in line, behind the counter were 8 staff members having a good chat while i was standing there, 15 mins later i was helped!!! already being livid, the shirt i wanted to exchange was marked down, the very unfriendly staff member called Thulisile Gxagxisa was so rude about the situation, i asked her why i was not getting the full value of the exchange and she says "because you guys dont have a receipt so i cant do anything about it, i cant prove the price" the t-shirt in front of her has the price tag still attached, but i guess that means nothing. I showed her the tag and she say "its tough, its marked down" even though the price is a small amount, its about principle. is this how Mr Price does business?! i am truly disgusted. if i buy something and i exchange it i should get the price i paid, period..on a normal day i would just pay the difference and walk away... but that excuse for a human behind the counter has costed your company a custme
