BAD SERVICE!!!

I would like to to report about how disappointed i am at the people from Nando's at the Workshop in Durban. I ordered a platter and a few other things. I specifically asked them if they will be able to deliver by 12:45p. and they said yes. An hour later i still haven't received my order and no one bothered to call and explain if they have a problem or not. Next thing the delivery guy comes and says he needs help to carry the order upstairs to my office, like really??? I'm an unsatisfied customer and i must still help them with the order? I don't understand how he won't be able to carry the order coz i have ordered to other Nando's before and i never experienced this. Worse now that the order is here, my order is not complete. I am trying to call them to tell them about my incomplete order but there is no answer. I am very unhappy and don't think i will order there again.
