Panarottis Pizza Pasta
Do not go with children under 12! or just dont go

My family and I just suffered a recent bereavement but we as a family decided to visit Panorroti's Pizza in Claremont Road on Thursday.
There is a special offer of " all you can eat" on Thursday and we wanted to enjoy our family reunion there. The manager/Store Manager was utterly rude and had an appalling attitude from the start as our family is huge. We had 8 adults and 5 children 2 including a two yr old and 9 month. The waitress was lovely and knew that we have 2 full paying children who would take the all you can eat offer. The other wasnt well so he just had a milkshake. The store manager was accusing us of her store as we werent paying for a 2 year old who was picking on a piece of chicken on his moms plate. The store Manager was unpolite and my brother took offence that she didnt realise the full story yet she was stipulating that all kids under 12 (ie my 9mth old as well) should be paying R39.40 if they are having a piece of chicken off a slice of pizza.
I as a UK resident am appalled at this behaviour because we have a policy the kids under 3 eat free. This under 12 policy should be reviewed and the manager should undergo customer service course!!
