Unknown piece of plastic/hair net found in food

I visited the Spur in Parow centre for breakfast and orderecrumbed mushrooms as a starter when I was halfway done with the meal I found a piece of plastic/hairnet in the bowl, and that is totally un-hygienic and for a well known restaurant its unacceptable, the waiter told the manager and they replaced the batch but I already loss my apatite for the meal. They should look about the hygiene in the restaurant, cause its unacceptable.
