Delivery Xtreme / Delivery Extreme
I had to fetch my own food and pay for delivery!

I had a really awful experience last night. It was cold and raining in Cape Town and I know I'm not the best driver in that type of weather, so to avoid being on the road I ordered a meal for my two guests and I with Delivery Xtreme. After an hour, the delivery man (Thomas) came to my house with 3 Kauai smoothies, telling me the total is R169.65. I ordered 3 combo meals which come with the smoothies and he forgot the meals at Kauai. At this point, I was so embarrassed since one of my guests had already arrived and all I could offer the person was a smoothie. So thomas demanded I pay full price since he had paid Kauai already. Part of the total (R24.95) is for drivers petrol. So I had to pay for his petrol to deliver 3 smoothies on a scooter and I had to pay for my own petrol in a fuel guzzling sedan to drive from Bergvliet to Claremont back to Bergvliet in the rain. This ruined my evening. My guests were dissapointed, the meal was cold and soggy and I had to pay unessacary expenses. Please train your staff to check the orders. Not that I'll be calling you guys again.
