Fast food delivery- bad to worse on 2 consec days

We ordered Spur chicken burger with cheese sauce last night.
Cheese sauce did not arrive.
Food was cold.

Tonight takes the cake though.
Ordered two Col Cacchio pizzas
Bill was R250 for two pizzas.
After 70 minutes, I phoned to follow up on where the delivery was.
"Oh, there's been a mix up at the restaurant, but the driver is on his way to you".
"How's about a courtesy call to the customer Kevin."
20 minutes later I phoned again.
A further ten minutes and the driver arrived.
It took over an hour and a half for 2 pizzas to be made and delivered from Claremont to Rondebosch... a whole 4km?! Blows my mind that you find this acceptable.

And of course the pizzas were soggy and cold - how could they not be after 100 minutes in transit.
Imagine my delight when I opened the box and they were not only soggy but also squashed all over one side of the box... both pizzas were like that. Not great when you're eating the nacho libre and it comes with guacamole and sour cream.

So I paid R250 for two cold, soggy, inedible pizzas.

Shocking service two days in a row. Not acceptable. Will never use your company again and I shall certainly tell fellow Rondebosch residents about the bad experience
