Ordered toasted and mash, asked for special care of the toasted as 2 days ago it was broken and hardly a sandwich, could not even get an acknowledgement out of the drive through woman, to even say yes or sorry or ill check or anything - she just kept saying what else, what else. Really rude and unfriendly, why should we tolerate it - order at least 4 times a week, now, i will go to Mac rather, not the first terrible experience ive had at KFC
