Salad Bowl with NO Chicken? Toasted sandwich Soggy

Ordered Salad Bowl, Toasted Cheese, egg and tomato and a "coffee". Firstly for the umpteenth time, KFC Cape Gates coffee machine was broken"? but they could offer me tea? Secondly ordered a salad bowl, only to realise when i arrived at work 15min later.. the salad bowls lid wasn't put on properly and there was NO, zilch chicken in the bowl? R36.00 for a lousy salad with no chicken, how tasteless. The salad looks nothing like it looks like On the internet, thus FALSE ADVERTISING.On another note, the toasted I orded, when I took it out the packet, the toasted had not been slice properly, So when i pulled out the one half, the other halves top came with! I took one bite and there was so much tomato on.. it made the bread soggy.. my Whole sandwich is ruined and tastes horrible. The only good thing I got out of this was a cup of tea. This is not the first time I have problems with the Cape gate branch, they are lacking professionalism, speed and quality. This is not what was advertised. Im extremely disappointed.
