Got less than what I paid fo

So today I buy a whole lot of food for different people, my particular order was the hotwings meal 8, x2 hotwings 6, a soulfire bottle and a hotwings snack. Everything is nicely packed for and I leave. As soon as I get to work I realise that everything is fine except for the hotwings 8 meal which had 6wings instead of 8... Now this is not on because I orderd a meal that should come with 8hotwings... I lost my slip but I do remember that my order number was 20092 and I was served by Thumeka. Ive got the slip for order number 20093 because I payed for that as well!!! I have never ever had any problems with Chicken Licken and I must say I didnt expect this from you guys!!! Totally disappointed.
