Burger with chicken inside

I eat usually three to four times a week at KFC. The last couple of times I needed to wait about 5-10 min. for a cashier to help me and there was no customer in the store except me. on the 21 Aug bought 2 snack burgers corn in tub and large soft drink. When I ate the last snack burger I tasted the worst tasting burger ever. Upon inspection there was a large vein in the patty with inside so I threw up. I paid R44.60 for a meal that I didn't have actually. When I went to the store they saw that vein and apologised and said they would refund me. I waited, only to get R9.90 back for the snack burger. R50-R9.90. Now I ask where am I going to get something for R9.90 to fill me up. Worst service ever and would advise not to go there as I'm not buying from any KFC again in my life after this. What me of the most is that I logged a complaint the same day and today is 5/8/2013 and still no feedback (2 weeks). Cas-21830
