WORST SERVICE EVER

I placed an order today for takeout for myself and a colleague:

Here is the list of the worst service possible:
1) ordered of menu - Edition 27
2) Food was not the same price as per the menu or the website, in fact you charged me R42 more than the menu
3) Food was cold by the time it got here
4) Codes on menu DO NOT match codes on your system
5) Ordered at 12:02pm, got food at 13:40pm

Explain to me how it benefits me to pay you 45.75 for the delivery vs saving myself the money and fetching myself.
I probably would have been able to eat lunch and not wait for someone to leave in order to sneak in a bite or two at my desk.
