Unnecessary rushed

We were in the queue at the drive through but wanted to see the menu first before we decided what to order. There was about 4 or 5 cars before we would get to the first window and the menu board. Just as we were finishing the order, a more senior person came outside and asked the lady what is the hold up. She told him that we first wanted to see the menu before we order. He was very rude to her in saying that we only have 35 seconds to order. That was unacceptable and in the same sentence he basically told us to hurry up. This is unacceptable!!!
