Kfc unprofessional dont care attitude

Hi, this is the 2nd time i am laying a complaint for the n1 city kfc!!! Absolutely beyond pathetic service!!! Ok 1stly waited in the queue for 45 minutes... Only to get told there are no lettuce for the twisters and no burgers, so i asked what is it that you have, the response chicken!!! no signs to inform the customers!!! so when i asked to speak to the manager eyes get rolled and manager doesnt apologise just looks at me as if i am stupid!!! I honestly hope something will be done about this as this is not the first time... managers name headman windvogeo
