Salesman has bad attitude

I called the branch for a price on a fridge and was told in a very rude manner by the salesman that he cannot email it to me because they don't have mail and he is not allowed to fax it to me. On asking to speak to the manager I heard her say in the background that she is too busy to talk to me. I asked Headman what his surname was and he said it don't matter. Asking him for his head office nr he said he never calls them so he don't know the nr. After my third cal I was called back by Charmaine the manager. I expect from Mr Ndinisa to apologise to me for his unprofessional way he treated me
