Found hair in rice and chicken

I purchased 2 rice and chicken meals from nandoes moreleta, at home when we opened the food and put it on our plates, we found a clump of black hair in the rice. my girlfriend and i both couldnt believe it, we binned both boxes, no hygiene in that store
