i visited KFC on Friday @ 12:53

I placed my order and proceeded to the next point to pay. I paid and wanted to purchase a saucy chips (or whatever that special is). the lady said she cant add on to orders. i then asked for the manager and was told to proceed. the manager came and i told her i wanted to add to my order but the lady said i couldnt, and that i found their service pathetic.

im disgruntled at the fact that no attempt was made to make sure that i got my cheesy chips, not even from the manager. does kfc staff go the extra mile? no. would it have been so difficult to ring it at the front counter? really kfc, this is pathetic.
