WORST SERVICE EVER

Good day
I went to kfc at the new spar, I order a bucked, they gave me 15 wings and the rest mixed - they explained that the other chicken was not yet done, so that's why they gave me all the wings. I accepted that with a compromise the next time I do not want wings. And that was fine in till the next time I went a week later I asked, that they not used wings as we had a compromise the previous time, they refused as it is not part of the bucked deal. I asked for my money back and the manager (lady) gave me to little money I had to tell he again that it was incorrect (how does she give money back before checking the slip?). I know nothing will come of this complaint, but a lot of people will read it.
