Mr Delivery
POOR SERVICE

On Wednesday 14/08/2013 i placed an order with Mr Delivery Kempton Park @ 11h20 i ordered from Steers & Fish Aways. i cannot remember the guy's name that i spoke to. i was told that the food will be delivered @ 13h00 due to their drivers being extremely busy which i understood.
Sadly the food was only delivered @ 14h00. after numerous phone calls has been made to Mr Delivery to find out what time the driver will deliver. the food was disgustingly cold and inedible.

they should employ more drivers in order for them to provide a better service. working in a service related industry such as yours we can relate to poor service and poor service excellence

Your prompt response in this regard will be greatly appreciated
