Waste of my lunch time

Went to McDonald's made an order of a meal with chocolate milk shake and mikateko who took the order decided to make it a strawberry milk shake. After waiting for 20 minutes they want to give an incorrect order. They agreed to change the shake then after another 20 minutes they tell me they ran out of milkshakes.then I am told to choose between cold drink and juice which I had no interest in.in all this time I never even once heard an apology all I got was an attitude that said I don't care after all its ur food and not my company attitude that's what passed me of especially coming from a manager.this happened on Wednesday
