I was buying a family meal at chicken liken on the 9th of August 2013 in one of their stores in Pretoria central (Proes and Lilian ngoyi street). the transaction went through in my account but reflected unsuccessful to them. i then asked them now that they took my money but cant get my service what must i do? mr Raj the store manager said must go to the bank to print my statement as proof, did that and went back to the shop to give as proof. a lady named Violet helped and said she cant find my transaction and asked what do i do cos i have proof that my money was taken. from my bank she then said and i quote "Your bank is telling you nonsense". those words did not sit well with me and still not refunded my money.
