Poor and totally unacceptable service

By far the poorest service I have ever received. There were multiple tables available however we waited aimlessly before eventually seating ourselves. The staff were completely unfriendly and we had to harass them for any kind of service, from ordering drinks, to food and even to get the bill. I was hoping that their saving grace would be earth shattering food to compensate for inexcusable lack of service but sadly this too was found to be very lacking. They have a prime spot on a vibrant street with lots of other restaurants and I am puzzled how they manage to stay in business. I would not go back to this place even if I was paid to do so.
