Very impressed with the way the bar man and manager handled our situation when we pointed out a layer of plastic on the underside of our pizza. They were most apologetic and obliging and immediately sorted it out. I've had similar experiences with bigger "fancier" establishments who have not handled the matter at all well.
Thanks guys! You deserve the regular patronage that makes you packed to capacity over weekends! Keep up the great work!
