Hair found in Food!

My family and I was at Mimmos on Monday, 17th. We've ordered pizza and drinks, after the first pizza we decided to order another pizza. Half way through the pizza we found a strand of hair in it it looked cooked into the pizza! So I called for the manager, the guy tells me that that is not hair, but mushroom fibroids, which they have been having complaints the whole day about! That was the worst response I could get because I know what hair looks like. I'm really disappointed in the way the manager handled the situation. As I know that was hair, he wasn't willing to admit it! They didn't even offer us any option to compensate what had happened! After receiving my bill I see that he gave me a discount of R16, like really I am disgusted, its not about the money at all it is about the way the situation was handled highly incompetent management!!! Will never eat there again I am disgusted. No hygiene whatsoever! And no sympathy from management! My family became upset and put off by the hair, we had no appetite the whole day! Very very bad customer services! Should not to the consumer, or come up with better excuses!
