LEMON WATER TAINTED WITH FISH NEARLY KILLED ME

After coffee my family ordered a meal, i never wanted food so i ordered a glass of water with lemon and no ice. After taking a huge Gulp of water i smelt and tasted fish, I am highly allergic to fish within in seconds i was battling to breath, my Mom and i ran off to the NHC medical centre leaving my father and daughter at the restaurant. When i got to the medical centre i was struggling to breath and was rushed through to the Dr room where i was immediately treated for anaphylactic shock. on returning to the restaurant the manageress was informed and was very apologetic saying sorry they nearly killed me!! I left the Dr's bill with them and left. Anthea called me that very same evening very annoyed and proceeded to throw accusations and deny accountability whilst I was still groggy from the treatment. I asked her where else this could have gotten this glass of water besides her restaurant where we were all seated. I was with an estate agent and my family and was fine until drinking the water served to me by her staff from her Kitchen. i have since spoken to the head office who promised to investigate and get back to me about three weeks ago... no response from either parties.
