So much money for wate

If you want a glass of hot water with a slice of lemon at mug & Bean be prepared to pay R14, 95. I find this so ridiculously expensive. It may be understandable if that is the only thing you order but if you are going to have a meal and a drink at that restaurant then surely it should not cost that much to have some water. Even if you do have to pay considering the electricity and water costs, should it be the same price as coffee? It is absolutely ridiculous.
