Worst meal and service ever at Seaforth restaurant

Very disappointing day out at Simons town Seaforth Restaurant terrible service firstly got told that we had to order food if we wanted to sit on the deck (and we were told this very rudely like she didn't have time for us) Meanwhile we were there last weekend and we were allowed to just have drinks, Anyways then we decided to have lunch and both ordered the fish cakes for R78 fine we don't mind paying but they were the worst fish cakes I have ever tasted. We got two fish cakes both smaller than the palm of our hands burnt and the rice was so over cooked it just stuck together! And no sauce? How can there be no sauce just made them dry we needed to wash them down with water! I am a chef and own my restaurant and I would never let something of that standard leave my restaurant and you have the audacity to charge that amount for them! We will never eat there again and will not advise anyone else to do so, I hope for your sake you take this comment very seriously as you have the potential to be great and hope that a critic goes to you (and one might) so you can see that it's not just us who have had a bad experience! Just remember it's the locals that you rely on once the tourists leave!
