I have never received such bad service in my life

Today I went to Willoughby & Co for sushi and I have never received such bad service in my life. I am on a student budget and going to Willoughby's is a real treat because the sushi is above average price but it is worth it. The food was great but I have never received such bad service in my life. The restaurant was not extremely busy. The waiter, Andries acted like he was doing us a favour and he did not ask if we would perhaps like another drink or how our food was. When the bill came, we still gave him more than 10% tip, even though he didn't deserve R5 for his service. I, like many would kill to have a job at Willoughby's and maybe you should employ staff with a better attitude and maybe who would like to consider putting a smile when serving customers.
